Francis E. Stevens
 

Francis E. "Frank" Stevens, a Wyoming native, is a founding member of the firm and practices in the firm's Gillette and Sundance, Wyoming offices. After a brief time as a high school teacher in Riverton, Wyoming, he returned to Laramie, Wyoming to attend law school. Frank began his practice in Gillette, Wyoming, upon completing law school in 1976. Prior to the formation of the Stevens, Edwards & Hallock, P.C. in 1989, Frank was a partner in other firms in Gillette.

Frank has a general practice which presently focuses on business formation, transactions and planning; estate planning and probate; all areas of real estate; school and administrative law. Frank has been an advocate for adoption and has developed an extensive adoption practice along with his business practice.   He represents birth mothers, adoptive parents, and has assisted statewide adoption agencies. Through out his career, he has handled many private and agency adoptions to include interstate (ICPC) adoptions. 

Frank is the attorney for the Campbell County School District #1 and Sheridan School District #3, the Campbell County Public Land Board (Cam-Plex Multi Events Center).

 Frank is admitted to the bar in Wyoming and is licensed to practice law in all  courts of the State of Wyoming (1976) as well as the United States Court of  Appeals, Tenth Circuit (1976).

 Frank has maintained an "AV" rating by Martindale- Hubbell for more than 20  years, the highest peer rating available through that organization.
