Joseph E. Hallock
 

Joseph E. "Joe" Hallock is a founding member of the firm. Born in Casper, Wyoming, Joe enjoys a business and estate planning practice. Having worked within the oil and gas industry prior to law school as a drilling mud engineer, landman, and production accountant, Joe has practical experience and knowledge of the oil and gas industry. Joe represents landowners on leasing, surface and title issues and other real property and contractual matters. He practiced insurance defense for many years, but he now directs his litigation efforts largely to protecting the contractual interests of his clients as insureds, as plaintiffs in personal injury, and other civil matters. Joe serves as general counsel to the Campbell County Fire Department, and local banks.

Joe was admitted to the bar in Wyoming in 1982 and is licensed to practice law in all courts of the State of Wyoming as well as in the Federal District Court, District of Wyoming (1982); and the United States Supreme Court (1990).

Joe has maintained an "AV rating" by Martindale Hubbell for more than 20 years, signifying his recognition by his peers as one of America's finest attorneys.
